Being a woman and trying to find an honest mechanic is tough, but Jay just found himself a loyal customer for life. He was so kind and patient with me over the phone before ever even meeting me in person. It would have been so easy to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars and overcharge me, but he did the exact opposite. He was honest, fairly priced, and was trying to help me save money where possible. He showed me the old parts, completely unprompted, which made me feel safe. He is an absolute GEM of a human being and an amazing mechanic! I'll never go anywhere else.

My friend recommended this shop owned by Jay for car maintenance/repairs. Jay is a honest, fair-priced mechanic which is something very rare to find nowadays when there are shady places trying to overcharge you with fake problems. He replaced my wheel bearings and told me he would honor the quote when I returned — which he did. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his services to anyone I know.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. My car was reading "coolant too hot. turn engine off" after I drove over huge puddles. FEW places are open on Sunday for auto repair. I called Jay and he called me back quickly. Jay and his crew are very professional, fair, and honest. Jay especially reassured me and had great customer service skills — very personable. From my very first call, Jay was warm, professional, and took time to explain everything. They didn't just tell me what was wrong — they actually showed me the issues with my brakes and rotors, which I really appreciated. I dropped off my car around 9:30 AM, and by 1:30 PM it was ready.
